Mini-apartment of approximately 45 m², consisting of two rooms: a bedroom where guests can rest comfortably, perhaps watching the television positioned in front of the bed, and a living room set beneath a stone arch, where the atmosphere created by the soft light of a floor lamp allows guests to relax on the sofa, enjoy takeaway meals, and chat with other housemates as well as friends invited to the property.

The Cabrera mini-apartment can accommodate from 1 up to 4 guests, with the following arrangements:

• Double room for single use

• Double room (one double bed)

• Twin room (two separate beds)

• Triple room with one double bed and one single bed, with the third bed placed in the living room

• Quadruple room with two double beds

The living room includes a table, a shelf, a three-seat sofa, and a minibar.
